I absolutely love this store! The chocolate is 10/10 not to mention the customer service is amazing!! I adore the chocolate cashew bark, so good. It makes me sad that people rate it 1 star which everyone is entitled to their opinion but, I have always received excellent service there. I definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

Staff is young kids with no management supervision. Did not get what I purchased as it was defective missing candy. Staff tells me it's not her problem and forced me to purchase another instead of swapping it out. Very disrespectful..told me to call her boss because she doesn't actually work there. So staff is having friends in the store treating customers terribly. Second experience, last time girl had her boyfriend in there while on shift. Very unprofessional. Great selection and candy but terrible staff. Literally laughed and taunted me for saying it wasn't fair. They have signs up stating you are on camera so hope management watches staffs behavior. Will not return again.

Excellent candy and ice cream! Outstanding staff who occasionally have to deal with verbal abuse from rude and ignorant customers. Thank goodness most people don't act this way.

I work here so my rating is biased, but I love Seawards. Wonderful staff, amazing chocolates in all shapes and sizes, and a great selection of ice creams and other non-chocolate candies. Edit: to the three folks who just said I was disrespectful, (7/3/19) is not within our policy to give free ice cream. I am sorry that the SpongeBob popsicle did not have gumball eyes. You had already opened the popsicle, and it is not under my control whether or not the manufacturer puts gumballs on their popsicles. I did not force you to buy another one, I asked you if you wanted to after you threw a new popsicle onto my counter. Nobody who is not an employee is behind the counter at Seawards, however tonight was my last night at Seawards which is why I told you that I do not work here anymore. Any significant other of any employee is well within their rights to visit our store, as it is a public place where anyone is allowed to visit. I'm sorry you had a bad experience tonight, but I can't give things away for free. We got a bad batch from the manufacturer. I hope you can understand.
